Responsibilities
- Guest registration, ticket scanning, and venue access management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various conditions
- Reliable transportation to Fresno event venues
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
