Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including staging, lighting, and audiovisual systems
- Assist with guest registration, seating arrangements, and directional guidance
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety protocols and equipment functionality
- Coordinate with vendors and team leads for seamless event execution
- Manage inventory and proper storage of provided equipment post-event
- Deliver exceptional customer service to event attendees and clients
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup operations following events
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to various Omaha event locations
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background screening
