- Execute flawless espresso extraction and specialty brewing techniques
- Lead beverage innovation and seasonal menu development

Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with specialty coffee certification
- Advanced latte art and espresso expertise
- Proven leadership or mentorship experience
- Exceptional communication and guest service skills
- Knowledge of coffee origins, processing, and brewing science
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
