Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with exceptional customer service
- Direct attendees to venues, seating areas, and amenities using clear communication
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols throughout event duration
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and venue sanitation as per event requirements
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with venue staff and security teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous customer service or event experience a plus
- Must pass mandatory background check
