Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Support inventory management and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
