Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain professional appearance throughout event duration
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and venue navigation with efficiency and courtesy
- Operate event equipment (registration systems, AV, etc.) after comprehensive training
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Report operational issues and maintain detailed event documentation
- Represent client brand standards through consistent professionalism
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
