Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and event support at premier venues across St. Petersburg
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and venue access with professionalism and efficiency
- Execute event setups/breakdowns including seating, signage, and equipment coordination
- Assist with VIP guest management and special request fulfillment
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response readiness
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Report operational insights and guest feedback to event managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, events, or customer service roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and punctuality
