Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and VIP access protocols
- Oversee venue setup, signage placement, and equipment management
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries promptly
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd control measures during events
- Coordinate with vendors, security teams, and event coordinators
- Troubleshoot logistical issues and maintain event flow
- Assist with post-event breakdown and venue restoration
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Valid NV work permit and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety and emergency procedures
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and operate basic AV equipment
