Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM) and weekends on a rotational basis.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
