Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Customer Support: Assist internal and external customers with inquiries regarding orders and shipments.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work Evening Shifts and/or Weekend Shifts.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
