Responsibilities
- Oversee team performance during evening and weekend shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Ensure customer service excellence and operational efficiency during peak hours
- Conduct safety inspections and address immediate facility concerns
- Coordinate inventory management and supply replenishment
- Train and mentor new staff on night shift protocols
- Generate shift reports and escalate critical issues to management
- Maintain compliance with company safety and security standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or logistics
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-pressure evening/weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols
