Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse system.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
