Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage team of 5-7 associates, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Maintain safety protocols and report workplace incidents immediately
- Process shipments using our proprietary inventory management software
- Communicate seamlessly with day shift management for operational continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years supervisory experience in warehouse, retail, or hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally; comfortable standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license required for occasional site visits
- Availability for 3-4 evenings/week plus weekend shifts
