Responsibilities
- Coordinate evening/weekend staffing across multiple client locations
- Manage team scheduling and shift coverage with precision
- Handle client communications and resolve operational issues
- Train and onboard new staff for weekend rotations
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols during off-hours
- Prepare shift reports and performance analytics
- Support inventory management for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in shift management or team coordination
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., When I Work)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Memphis area logistics preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
