Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, mobility assistance, and daily living support
- Accurately document patient information in electronic health records
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and emergency response protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in clinical setting
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings (4pm-12am) and weekends
