Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during evening/night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Administer medications per physician orders
- Maintain clean/safe patient environments
- Collaborate with night nursing team
- Respond to emergency situations
- Update patient records accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CNA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation for night shifts
- Pass background/drug screening
