- Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-energy restaurant/bar setting
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following quality standards
- Manage cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain clean and organized dining/bar areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening/weekend hours
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
