Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service and guest assistance during evening/weekend shifts
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Prepare and present food/beverage orders with attention to detail
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Manage reservation systems and optimize seating flow
- Uphold cleanliness standards in dining and service areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Available evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
