Responsibilities
- Delight patients with attentive care during evening and weekend hours
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care continuity
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in hospital or long-term care setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
