Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening and weekend hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and special weekend requests
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and evening hours (5 PM - 12 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital payment systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
