Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product inquiries with patience and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product and Engineering) to escalate complex issues.
- Provide feedback on common customer pain points to help improve our products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or retail is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
