Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat during high-traffic evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
