- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.

- Collaborate with the daytime support team to ensure seamless service continuity.

Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Los Angeles office.
