Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service to VIP guests during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage reservation systems and optimize seating arrangements for peak hours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in weekend inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn
- Valid California Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
