Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Enter and update customer information into our CRM systems with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions, even during challenging situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or support roles is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
