Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally during peak evening and weekend hours.
- Operational Support: Assist in processing orders, packing shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to specific evening/weekend schedules, including late-night shifts and weekend rotations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch or sale.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with floor staff and management to streamline operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
