Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening peak hours.
- Problem Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them to a high satisfaction standard.
- Shift Management: Adhere to strict evening shift schedules (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and maintain high attendance records.
- Data Entry: Accurately log customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Quality Assurance: Meet and exceed daily performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends consistently.
