Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with high accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Package and label items for shipment according to company protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for the following day’s distribution.
- Maintain accurate digital records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for shift flexibility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
