Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Assist in receiving incoming stock, performing cycle counts, and maintaining inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure operational goals are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
