Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Perform accurate stock counts, sorting, and organizing to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse machinery and report any issues.
- Workplace Safety: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders according to daily production schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is a plus.
