Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to optimize warehouse operations
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment with zero-error accuracy
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards while conducting daily safety inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient dock and warehouse logistics
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Implement lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
