Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damage or defects before processing.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory levels.
- Maintain a clutter-free and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the designated delivery windows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license (not required for the role, but helpful).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
