Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely after completing certification training.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to read work instructions.
