Responsibilities
- Execute precise picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Receive inbound freight, inspect for damages, and log inventory data into the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety compliance within the warehouse floor.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to facilitate a smooth inventory turnover process.
- Assist in loading outbound trailers efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business volume.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
