Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and serve food/beverages with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
