Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Process orders and handle returns according to company policy.
- Provide product recommendations and information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
