Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, scanning, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision to meet daily targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform moderate physical activity.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
