Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person efficiently.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
- Assist in the organization and stocking of inventory or office supplies.
- Monitor and secure the facility during evening hours to ensure safety and security.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) with reliability.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
