Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering detailed inquiries about our inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling payments and returns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment throughout the shift.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure product availability and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operational tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
