- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and inventory accuracy.
- Address customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the London location.
