Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and returns.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Inventory Support: Assist with restocking merchandise, monitoring stock levels, and executing inventory counts as needed.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures strictly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we train motivated candidates).
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and the ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
