Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the evening floor staff to ensure high productivity and superior customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and checkout processes efficiently and professionally.
- Manage end-of-day cash handling, reconciliation, and secure deposit preparation.
- Conduct inventory counts and organize stock areas to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, grace, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and inviting for all visitors.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
