Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring the store meets high visual standards.
- Restock merchandise and rotate inventory to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Cash handling duties, including balancing cash drawers and preparing daily deposits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
