Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy in inventory and billing systems.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods during the evening shift, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory.
