Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to assist clients effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction metrics.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail setting.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
