Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone and in-person with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to safety protocols.
- Update customer records and database information in real-time.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
