Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
