Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions
- Upsell menu items and promote seasonal specials
- Maintain clean dining stations and assist with opening/closing duties
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Availability Monday-Friday evenings (4 PM-11 PM)
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive, guest-focused demeanor under pressure
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown Miami location
