Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while taking orders and serving food/beverages
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and assist with table turnover
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) weekends required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Place location
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to assist others
