Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm hospitality and product knowledge
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Manage table assignments and seating rotations efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Maintain pristine dining station cleanliness throughout shift
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4-11 PM)
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification
- Positive team player attitude with customer-first mindset
